Individual Counselling

All sessions include assessment and goal setting.
Fees are aligned with recommendations for Registered Clinical Counsellors in British Columbia. Please note that payment is the responsibility of the client, and is due at the time of service.

$219 for in person or virtual session with you and your loved one.

These sessions are not limited to romantic relationships and can extend to familial, workplace and platonic relationships.
Create a deeper connection, improve communication, address challenges, and find a sense of meaning in your relationships.
All sessions include assessment and goal setting.
